About Us
The RMO Board of Directors is an all-volunteer, unpaid group of your neighbors who have taken
on the task of maintaining the roads we all own in common.
The Board meets every other month, generally on the first Tuesday, along with the committee chairs.
We are always looking for new people with new ideas for our roads.

Our Story
The Cedar Landing 2 - Creek Estates Road Maintenance Organization, Inc. (CL2-CE RMO) was established in 2016 when the developer of our community stopped maintaining the roads and deeded them to all of us.
Its mission is to collect an annual private road assessment from all property owners and to maintain our 3.3 miles of asphalt and gravel roads.
CL2-CE RMO operates with a Board of Directors elected annually by property owners. The Board conducts the RMO’s business, sets priorities, manages funds, and arranges for road maintenance and
repair services.
